Carob Coconut Candy


This is an excellent treat when you’re craving chocolate or something that’s unhealthy for you. The recipe is for one serving. It’s really easy to overeat these treats, so it’s best to just make a serving at a time. It only takes a minute…

1 tablespoon raw, organic, extra virgin coconut oil
1 tablespoon carob powder, I prefer raw, but it’s hard to get
1 tablespoon ground nuts (walnuts, almonds, filberts, etc.)
a few drops clear liquid Stevia to taste (optional)

Melt the coconut oil in a teacup in a pan of hot, not boiling, water.
Mix in the carob powder, then the nuts.
Add Stevia if you want it sweeter.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Not only is this a healthy treat, but coconut oil is good for your health and has a lot of therapeutic value. Adults should eat 1-3 tablespoons a day. Kids should eat coconut oil based upon their weight.*** This is an excellent way to get your coconut oil in a really tasty treat.

Note: I have published this recipe previously, but with the holidays upon us, this is an excellent healthy treat that you can eat guilt-free. Enjoy it instead of candy and you’ll do your body good!

25 lbs./11 kg – 1 Tablespoon
50 lbs./23 kg – 1 1/2 Tablespoons
75 lbs./34 kg – 2 Tablespoons
100 lbs./45 kg – 2 1/2 Tablespoons
125 lbs./57 kg – 3 Tablespoons
150 lbs./68 kg – 3 1/2 Tablespoons
175+ lbs./79+ kg – 4 Tablespoons

Always start out slow and work up to your recommended daily dose.
