I’ve made some tasty recipes from the Primal Blueprint Cookbook. While some are relatively quick and easy to prepare, others take a bit of time. So, I don’t make them as often as I would like because of the preparation time.

Those were the best collard greens I’ve ever tasted. They were simply out-of-this-world delicious.
I’ve always liked shrimp and these definitely satisfied my picky palate.
The best part is that all I had to do to prepare them was heat a pan of water to simmering. Put the packages in the water and set the timer for 3-5 minutes. I made a quick salad while I was waiting for the shrimp and collards to warm and in just a few minutes, I had a delicious, nutritious, healthy meal.
